It is surprising how many adults suffer from sleep deprivation. When I tell people that I'm a certified sleep consultant, I find that I spend as much time answering questions about adult sleep as I do children's sleep! In my quest to provide answers to these sleep-deprived individuals, I began researching and became fascinated (and slightly obsessed) with the study of adult sleep. The benefits of sleep, along with the side-effects and long term health consequences associated with a lack of sleep, are astounding. It quickly became clear to me that I had to offer a sleep service for adults to combat the sleep crisis that affects the majority of our Western civilization.

Adult Sleep Packages
After filling out an initial intake form, you will have a Facetime/Skype meeting to discuss the sleep issues you are experiencing, receive suggestions to improve sleep, and answer any questions you may have. After the consult, you will receive a detailed sleep plan to follow and have unlimited email and texting with a certified sleep consultant for a week. This plan is recommended for individuals who need a few pointers to get their sleep on track but do not suffer from chronic sleep issues.
This consult begins with an initial Skype/Facetime meeting to briefly discuss the sleep issues you are having. At this time, you will be instructed to record your sleep data using a specific form for a week. At the end of the recording period, you will have another Skype/Facetime meeting to discuss the data, receive suggestions to improve sleep, and troubleshoot any questions. After the consult, you will receive a detailed sleep plan to follow and have unlimited email and texting with a certified sleep consultant for two week. This plan is recommended for individuals with insomnia or those who suffer from chronic sleep loss.
